Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Deliverables (100% Digital)

Site Craft Labs provides specialized digital software engineering, web application development, custom SaaS architecture, UI/UX prototyping, and cloud maintenance services. No physical goods or tangible parcels are manufactured or shipped. All deliverables are transmitted electronically over secure digital protocols.

2. Mode of Electronic Delivery

Project deliverables are transmitted to the Client through the following authorized digital channels:

Client Dashboard: Real-time access to sprint milestone tracking, demo staging links, and invoice receipts via Client Portal.
Source Code Repositories: Private code repository invitations (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket) granting full administrative access to codebase assets.
Cloud Staging & Production Deployment: Direct automated cloud deployment to the Client's verified cloud infrastructure (AWS, Vercel, Google Cloud, or DigitalOcean) or live domain DNS cutover.
Electronic Mail: Comprehensive project handover documentation, credential vaults, and architectural diagrams transmitted to the Client's registered work email address.

3. Delivery Timelines & Milestones

Delivery timelines are determined by the specific service package or custom Statement of Work (SOW) confirmed at checkout:

Landing Pages & Rapid Prototypes: 3 to 7 business days from advance payment confirmation.
Standard Corporate & Business Websites: 7 to 14 business days from kickoff.
Custom Web Applications & SaaS Platforms: 2 to 6 weeks, structured across iterative sprint milestones.
Urgent Deployments / Express Sprints: As mutually agreed in writing prior to advance payment.

Note: Delivery schedules require timely feedback and provision of brand assets by the Client. Unavoidable technical delays will be communicated immediately via dashboard updates and email.

4. Shipping Charges & Handling Fees

Because all deliveries are purely electronic transmissions, Shipping Charges are ₹0.00 (NIL). No packaging, customs, or courier handling fees apply to any service contracted through Site Craft Labs.

5. Proof of Delivery & Acceptance

Electronic delivery is deemed completed upon either: (a) deployment to the agreed staging/production URL, (b) transfer of administrative repository access, or (c) digital acceptance by the Client within seven (7) days of delivery notice.
